Olivia's most favorite character of ALL time is Peppa Pig (for now, lol). She is all about Peppa everything! So when it was time to dress for an outdoor family reunion we pulled out this peppa outfit that she wanted to wear, but quickly realized that we needed to pair it with something else since she would be out on the playground all day in HOTlanta. We took away the skirt then added a pair of cuffed bottom denim leggings and a pair of navy blue glitter tennis shoes that feature satin shoe strings.
I am a true fan of vintage... especially the glamorous 40's & 50's of Hollywood #swoon. Once we paired the tie front shirt with the capris, I immediately thought of the few times I saw Lucille Ball (my fav) in a pair. So I decided to go with the "vintage flow" and add a head scarf (that came with another outfit), a pair of cat-eye sunglasses, and blue spakle butterfly earrings to complete the look.
She had a blast with the family and they even pulled out the hula hoops! What's more vintage than that?!?
